1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dijon mustard
2 cans (106g) Club Des Millionnaires Brisling Sardines Mediterranean, drained
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder and dijon. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the sardines and toss gently so they are coated in the dressing.
Serve on toast with pickles.
