1 large onion chopped
Braise with
Half sliced green pepper
2 whole slit green chillies
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 sprig of curry leaves
Once braised add in
2 ground tomatoes
Then add
2 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon haldi
Salt to taste
Add 1 tin middle cut tin fish and simmer till gravy thickens
Garnish with greens

1 cup flour

Half teaspoon salt
Moisten mielie meal with boiling water,stir well add in flour,salt and ghee (Clarified butter) and mix well
